Shipping and Returning Rugs

All rugs larger than 2x3 are considered special order and are therefore FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these larger sizes. If you are unsure about a particular pattern, we recommend "testing" the pattern by ordering it in the 2x3 size. All 2x3 rugs are covered under our standard return policy and can be returned within 15 days for a full refund (excluding shipping). If desired, the credit from the returned 2x3 can easily be applied towards the purchase of a larger size.

Rugs larger than 2x3 will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer via UPS Ground. Most rugs are in stock at the manufacturer and will arrive to you within 2-3 weeks; if the rug is not in stock and we expect a delay greater than a month. we will notify you immediately and give you the choice to cancel your order. Express shipping is not available for rugs greater than 2x3, and the rugs cannot be gift wrapped. Due to the oversized nature of the rugs, please note the extra charges for shipping (these fees are in addition to our flat shipping rate):

Sizes 2.5x8, 3x5, 4x6: extra $10 for shipping
Sizes 5x8, 6x9: extra $20 for shipping
Sizes 8x10, 9x12: extra $50 for shipping
Sizes 10x14: extra $75 for shipping
