
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from The Red Balloon Co., you may return it for an exchange or refund, as long as it is post-marked within 15 days of the original shipping date. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still in tact). Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. Items purchases in person at our Chicago stores can only be returned for store credit or exchange.
Please note that any custom-ordered items (such as the handpainted letters, personalized art, personalized blankets or pillows, and monogrammed sweaters) are final sale and cannot be returned, provided they are made to the manufacturer's specifications. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you've received a gift from us and would like to exchange it, you are welcome to do so for store credit (provided the item was not personalized or purchased on sale). We will be happy to help you choose a replacement item: simply call us toll-free at 877.969.9800 or visit one of our Chicago stores. Please note that you will be responsible for any new shipping charges or price increases.
